Barrel fermented and barrel matured rose to give a soft, textured rose that should be tasted with sunset. We added a little Riesling lees (the good stuff that often gets filtered out) at bottling to give a beautiful, cloudy aesthetic. This also gives a little weight and texture to the wine.
The fruit is 65% Mataro and 35% Syrah, sourced from the Mount Camel Ranges in Heathcote.
