Like a long, white, pillowy cloud, this NZ hopped Hazy DIPA is creamy, rich and kiwi as. A sneaky monster at 8.5%, it is loaded with gooseberry, white stone fruits and subtle hints of that dank diesel thing that is especially unique to these incredible varietals.
We combined our favourite NZ hops; Nelson Sauvin, Wai-iti, Waimea and Nectaron to create a punch-you-in-the-face Hazy DIPA. Full of oats, wheat and dextrinous barley malts to provide a rich framework for the hops to shine. All late addition and dry hopping so the bitterness is kept low, allowing a full expression of the hop profiles.
