Lambrewksi is an ale made using lightly pressed Lambrusco Maestri skins. A sparkling red (ale) fit for the Christmas table.
Made in collaboration with our good friend Tim Ward, this ale was made using lightly pressed Lambrusco Maestri skins from the 2022 harvest grown by Chalmers in Heathcote, VIC. During harvest, we made a quick trip up to the Hunter Valley to collect the skins the morning after Tim’s late night pressing, brought them back to Marrickville and soaked them for six months on both fresh and aged ale brewed with regenerative organic grains wholly fermented by a diversity of yeasts and bacteria collected from native flowers in NSW. This extended maceration lends the beer both tannin and colour from this unique variety. A sparkling red (ale) fit for the Christmas table.

Before shipment, all ordered items will be thoroughly inspected. Today, the majority orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Delivery is expected to take between three and seven days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us, since we have multiple entities, including the factory and the storage. The actual inventory can change at any moment. It is possible that the stocks could be depleted after your order has been placed.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since you purchased your item and we're unable to offer you a complete exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
