Our main gal from behind the bar has stepped into the Brewhouse to brew her first beer. So reflecting her love for Passionfruit cheesecake, we whipped up a recipe that blurs the line between dessert and beer.
It starts with a hazy kettle sour base and includes generous additions of milk sugar, vanilla, cheesecake flavouring and tons of fresh passionfruit.
