Vegan friendly.
Merlot destemmed and left on skins for a day to extract colour and flavour, before pressing. Fermented and matured in old oak barrels where the wine underwent 100% wild malolactic fermentation and took on savoury characteristics derived from the old barrels.
Nose // Spice and a hint of earth.
Palate // red berries, cream and a hint of clove with fine tannins providing complexity and structure.
