After years of discussions, we were finally able to collaborate with long time friends at Lightfoot & Sons. Brewer and winemaker came together to create a beer/wine hybrid, testing the boundaries of what can be achieved utilising winemaking techniques in the brewery.
This beer is 100% naturally conditioned in the bottle. Some yeast sediment is completely normal. We recommend chilling upright for 24 hours before opening. Enjoy fresh, or age carefully, as the beer will develop in complexity over time.
