Brewers’ Tasting Notes: “An old classic, revisited. The Orchard makes a comeback this year with a heavy focus on hop blending. This year we balanced strong doses of Cryo Amarillo and Cryo Citra with T90 Galaxy. Voss Kveik yeast was used, ripping through the fermentation in a matter of days, producing a clean fermentation profile. This beer produces big reminders of tropical fruit juice, in a hazy chunky body typical of NEIPAs.” – Lewis Kerr.
