Brewer’s Notes: Brewed to mimic the iconic black mole sauce of Oaxaca, Mexico. Pours black with a tan head. Aromas of spice and chocolate blend with toasted malts and dried fruit. The flavour follows along with more chocolate, dark fruits, and savoury roasted notes, with a mild chilli burn. Finishes with a balance of sweetness and dry nuttiness, along with chilli heat.
