Using a blonde lambic style base beer, this wild ale is born of solera method, using our house yeasts aged in French and American oak. A blend of 12 -24 month beers was racked onto cherries from the Yarra Valley for a further 3 months.
Prominent cherry aroma, with matching deep red/ purple colour. The Brett aroma complements the fruit aroma wonderfully. On the palate, bright acidity from the fruit and the bacteria, and a lingering cherry sour flavour.

Before shipment, all ordered items will be thoroughly inspected. Today, the majority orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Delivery is expected to take between three and seven days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us, since we have multiple entities, including the factory and the storage. The actual inventory can change at any moment. It is possible that the stocks could be depleted after your order has been placed.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since you purchased your item and we're unable to offer you a complete exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
