Vanilla, caramel and clove aromas give way to a complex (for a spirit too young to be called whisky) palate of ginger spice, caramel, floral notes, almonds and vanillin. Finishes dry and spicy.
This is Boatrocker’s first foray into Rye Spirits. Aged in high char American Oak for 10 months. Single Barrel release of 347 bottles.
