This single malt whisky was handcrafted from grain to glass by us, in our Yackandandah distillery.
To start, we used a mash bill of 100% Australian farmed and malted barley, grown in the Riverina region. The cask profile chosen for this batch was American Oak. ex-Australian Cabernet. The perfect pairing of spirit and cask to create a distinctive Aussie whisky.
A vatting of two casks make up this batch of approx. 450 bottles. There is a limited number of bottles allocated for online sale.
Notes of honey and vanilla, dark fruits and spice.
