This is the first bottling from our fleet of white oak casks. Our signature Backwoods’ rye spirit, matured for over three years, in American Oak, ex-Aussie corn whisky casks. A lighter and more floral expression for Backwoods and we’re excited to finally share this whisky with you!
Mash bill: 60% heritage rye, 25% pale malt, 10% winter wheat & 5% roasted chocolate malt
