We couldn’t pass up the chance to utilise some Semillon juice, particularly when it’s from our mates across the driveway at Cape Jaffa Wines! We brewed a double blonde-style wort that incorporated plenty of wheat, whilst the juice and French oak were added during ferment.
What we have here is hugely drinkable – lemon curd, nougat and a creamy acidity combine to leave you wondering where the booze is.
