A dry and bitter California IPA indulgently hopped with Strata, Mosaic and Simcoe hops.
A lean, clean, crushable California IPA might feel like an imposter in this post modern landscape of soft, hazy, juicy IPAs but this couldn’t be further from the truth! Imposter Syndrome is a dry and bitter IPA, inspired by its West Coast IPA forebears, but with a pared back malt bill to let the hops take centre stage. Indie Hops’ brainchild Strata leads the way with passionfruit, melon and its trademark resinous, cannabis notes. It gets support from good friends Mosaic and Simcoe adding some tropical complexity and citrus undertones. This beer is the perfect companion as we enter the warmer months and dangerously drinkable, even at 7.3%!
