The fruit for Das Juice is sourced exclusively from organic and biodynamic vineyards, which for 2020 were from Brackenwood, Magpie Springs, Peters Creek and Tatachilla – all subregions of Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale in South Australia. The pair also have a recently planted Prosecco/Glera vineyard in Victoria which is organic from inception and will come into the 2021 vintage release.
All wines are wild fermented, unfiltered, unfined, with minimal sulphites added at bottling and, as you should expect by now, all are delicious, well-made and a total joy to drink.
