– Open-top fermented utilizing Zinfandel yeast to add robust characters
– 18 months barrel aged
– 1 x American oak hogshead (2021)
– 5 x French oak hogsheads (1 x 2021 and 4 x2018)
– Minimal sulphur added for pH stability
– Unfined & unfiltered, racked to acceptable clarity
