This year we treated our rose a bit differently. The grapes all hail from the Mornington Peninsula where half is tempranillo from Hickinbotham Vineyards and the other halfCabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from Karina. It’s a zippy little number with fine acidity but a generosity of red fruit coming from the Merlot. 30ppm SO2 added in the lead up to bottling.
