One of the first beers to come out of our barrel program in 2015 was Gaston, a big chardonnay barrel ages Saison with Brett Brux.
This time around we aged Gaston n ex-fortified Riesling barrels and used a blend of Brett Brux as well as Brett Clausenii, the latter imparting wonderful tropical fruit notes which complement the classic barnyard character of B.Brux. Due to the nature of the wild yeast and high alcohol, this beer has excellent ageing potential, much like the gentlemen after whom this beer is names, Gaston Pamvert, the cheeky French great-uncle of our founder.

Before shipment, all ordered items will be thoroughly inspected. Today, the majority orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Delivery is expected to take between three and seven days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us, since we have multiple entities, including the factory and the storage. The actual inventory can change at any moment. It is possible that the stocks could be depleted after your order has been placed.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since you purchased your item and we're unable to offer you a complete exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
