A refreshing sour beer made with the addition of fresh peaches to give subtle stone fruit notes and balance the sourness.
Kettle soured to bring the zingy sourness, before moving into the fermenter where it will reach its low final pH. When the brewer’s are satisfied with the flavour profile of the malt, yeast, hops and sourness they add in a large amount of fresh peaches at the start of fermentation, giving the beer a subtle peachy bouquet!
