Originally filled with Pinot Noir at Scotchmans Hill and then navy strength Gin at The Whiskery on the Bellarine Peninsula, we filled our barrel in December 2019 for the 2nd time.
A rich dark sour beer with cherry ripe flavours and subtle gin notes, this beer has aged for 1 year longer than the previous release.
