We originally brewed the Snakebite for Noma Australia, but with that journey now complete, we couldn’t resist another fresh, young version which takes our cider and blends it with a light, fresh and aromatically hoppy ale. Snakebite is an imaginative reinterpretation of an Australian classic.
60% – 18-month oak barrel matured, wild fermented Tasmanian apple cider. 25% – 5 & 7-year matured wild fermented Tasmanian farmhouse ales. 15% – Young, fresh, naturally soured, then dry hopped Tasmanian farmhouse ale.
