Pinot Noir from Red Hill, Mornington Peninsula, with additional fruit from Yarra Valley. We picked from two sites this year due to the difficulty of fruit set in the Mornington Peninsula. All fruit was hand picked and basket pressed.
Handpicked, natural fermentation. Aged in French Oak Barriques.
The final wine displays red fruit and vibrancy with a subtle funk, spice and earthiness from the hands off winemaking approach.
