This west coast style IPA has been brewed with all German ingredients.
The malt bill is predominately Vienna, with a small percentage of Munich which creates a clean, biscuity profile.
It was fermented with a kölsch strain of yeast that is neutral with a very light ester profile.
The hops are all German grown, with Herkules used for bittering and Callista and Mandarina Bavaria teaming up in the dry hop, unleashing stonefruit, grapefruit, berry and mandarin flavours.
