A crisp, fruit driven and fresh Chardonnay from Geelong. The fruit was pressed immediately after harvest, then the juice fermented in old oak barrels, before maturing in oak barrels for around 6 months, with a relatively small amount of new oak. Barrel fermented. Wild yeast. Wild malolactic.
Tasting Notes: White peach, lemon zest, hints of honey and a backbone of mineral acidity.
